CloseKind Payment Policy

CloseKind believes payment terms should be simple, clear, and easy to understand before work begins.

The Business Money Reset™

The Business Money Reset™ is a one-time cleanup starting at $1,250. Every Reset permanently includes the CloseKind Money Map™ and 30 Days of CloseKind Care, which covers reasonable follow-up questions and clarification about the completed cleanup only—not additional bookkeeping work, new cleanup requests, or expanded scope. Your final price is confirmed after we review the cleanup scope, including the number of months behind, accounts, transaction volume, and condition of your books.

For one-time cleanup projects, 50% of the agreed project fee is due upfront to reserve your start date. The remaining 50% is due before final reports, deliverables, or completed work are released.

Monthly Bookkeeping

CloseKind Monthly packages are Essential at $299/month, Growth at $499/month, and Complete at $799/month. Monthly service is available for current, reconciled books. We confirm the scope, quote, and agreement before service begins, and bill in full in advance of each service month. Payroll, full AP/AR, tax preparation, and out-of-scope work are excluded.

Custom-Scope Work

If your work falls outside a standard package, we will confirm the scope, price, and payment terms with you before we begin. We do not start additional work without making sure you understand what is included and what it costs.
